Southwest Synergistic Solutions LLC warrants our E/T Light (beacons and flashlights) products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, including any LEDs housed within, for one (1) year from the original purchase date. Return authorization is required for all replacement, or repairs and may be requested by contacting Juan at jc@everythingtactical.com. All return costs (shipping charges, taxes, duties, transportation fees, etc…) are the customer’s responsibility. We will repair or replace these products, at our discretion, if it is determined by us to be defective. Normal wear and tear-including, batteries draining, and switches wearing out-is not covered, nor is damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, battery damage, use of other than E/T Light accessories, or altering these products from their original state. Parts and accessories for illumination tools are not covered by this warranty. Product must be returned in original packaging and condition, including copy of original purchase receipt.
Any returns within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund of the item cost (does not include any S&H costs) less a 15% restocking fee. Any return after 7 days of the delivery qualify for an item replacement or repair.
